As we enter into this new season, spring is a beautiful time to shed the layers and heaviness from the winter slumber, an opportunity to release any of the stagnation that manifests within the physical body & mind over winter.   Spring is considered to be the season of new beginnings and renewal, spring welcomes this change with nature emerging from hibernation.
