Unwind & Restore Ease into your weekend with a deeply calming and supportive practice designed to help you release the week, soothe the nervous system, and reconnect with stillness. We begins with gentle somatic movements to bring awareness into the body, melt away tension, and guide you from doing to simply being. These mindful, subtle movements create a sense of safety and ease in the body, preparing you for deeper relaxation. From there, you’ll be guided through a sequence of fully supported restorative postures, using props to cradle your body in comfort. Each pose is held for several minutes, giving the nervous system time to settle, the breath space to deepen, and the mind a chance to quiet. Perfect for all levels, this class offers a nourishing pause in your week. You’ll leave feeling grounded, rebalanced, and gently restored, ready to step into the weekend with a renewed sense of calm and clarity. Come as you are, slow down, soften, and simply be.
