I have been practising with Natalie for 9 months now and was thrilled when she said she was doing a yoga retreat, I had never been on one before and thought I would give it a go.
I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I have had. From the off everyone was so friendly and welcoming 10 girls who didnt really know each other ended up just clicking and getting on so well. The atmosphere, people, food and especially the yoga and meditation was absolutely amazing.
The food was provided by Natalie and her sister which they put a lot of thought and effort into, the meals and the amazing spreads were something to look forward to, with a very tasty 3 course meal provided by an outside chef for the last night. Some of the most gorgeous vegan food I have ever tasted.
The yoga and meditation sessions were brilliant and i felt totally relaxed and at ease by the end of the first evening let alone at the end of the weekend, Natalie is one of the best she just has this way of making you feel so comfortable and warm that even the most subdued of people would be coming out of their shell by the end of the experience.
If you are thinking about doing her next one I say go for it you wont be disappointed.
I came away from the whole event feeling an array of emotions happy, peaceful, relaxed, at one with myself and sad that the whole experience had to end. I also made some wonderful new friends through the process we laughed, cried and meditated together.
It has also made me want to challenge myself more and step up my yoga. If you want an out of this world weekend, then definitely book onto the next one, I will be.

Firstly I just want to say Yoga with Natalie is awesome ! Each class Natalie teaches is perfectly testing but not pushy , encouraging and leaving my whole being feeling balanced and happy . If this is what one class feels like you can only imagine how I felt after a whole weekend of yoga with Natalie .
Natalie’s yoga retreat in Suffolk was just beautiful. The location was gorgeous and we had the best weather so each class was outside. Working up through the Chakras with each class , full of beautiful affirmations and strong posses . Ending each one with the loveliest oils and sounds .
The meditation in the evening and the morning was so beautifully written , you can always tell that Natalie puts her heart and soul into what we hear from her words . Hard not to walk away from this weekend feeling peaceful , open and stronger .
Not forgetting the delicious food prepared for by Natalie and her sister Kimberly . Being vegan I usually have to worry but they had it all down just perfectly . I even had separate bits prepared for me with out coriander because I can’t stand it .
I’m so grateful to have been apart of Natalie’s first yoga retreat it was amazing !!
What more could you ask for ... gorgeous location , delicious food , amazing yoga classes taught by a very talented yoga teacher and being surrounded by like minded kind souled people .

Just back from the most amazing reinvigorating 5* retreat. Natalie was the most perfect host. I attended on my own but left having made the deepest connections with such a wonderful group of ladies I can now call friends. This weekend truly impacted my life in a way I didn't expect, inspiring me and energising me after a tough few months. I left with a warm heart, a deep inner peace, ready to face my fears head on.
